The Ophelia Project

Projection Design

A collaborative project that was taken from Tempe, to Philly, and then to Phoenix; this project explored the relationship of three female writers and how their lives might intertwine. Silvia Plath, Anne Sexton, and Virginia Woolf. Projected across stretched tinsel fabric, video supported music and poetry with hypnotic looping visuals of letters in fire, falling dresses, soft waves and water. All toned and colored to complement the lighting design of our spaces.
